Meet Cody

Cody Timmons, MScPT · Physiotherapist and founder

Cody completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2019. He worked in his hometown of Lower Sackville for seven years before opening Peak Performance Physiotherapy.

Through his work in clinical settings and with several sports organizations across HRM, Cody quickly developed a passion for helping athletes and active individuals. His treatment style is built around three pillars: education, exercise prescription, and manual therapy. He has also completed additional training in dry needling, sport-specific rehabilitation, acute concussion rehabilitation, and ACL rehabilitation.

Cody started Peak Performance Physiotherapy to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. His goal is to provide an A-to-Z approach to care—not only helping you return to the activities and sports you love, but also building the strength, confidence, and capacity to excel at them.

Having played several sports growing up, Cody eventually chose to focus on volleyball at the collegiate level. He played for the University of New Brunswick for five years while earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

Nowadays, Cody enjoys playing softball, beach volleyball, and basketball while trying to hold on to every bit of athleticism he has left through his regular workout routine. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Jaime, and newborn baby, Wyatt.
